Janet Santiago

Founder & President

Ms. Santiago founded Full Circle Ministries-T4L in 2022 and serves as its acting President. She is a Spirit-led leader and visionary, committed to impacting lives through innovative approaches and purpose-driven strategies. With a strong focus on growth and transformation, she evaluates success through both qualitative and quantitative insights to create meaningful change in individuals, families, and communities.

With over 20 years of nonprofit experience and more than 30 years in entrepreneurship, Ms. Santiago brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, training and development, mentoring, coaching, conflict resolution, and human resources. Her work has spanned across charities, hospitals, law enforcement, and prison ministry, serving men, women, and youth nationwide.

Under her leadership, Full Circle Ministries now provides virtual mentorship and coaching across multiple states, reaching hundreds of lives. In 2024, she successfully launched several impactful initiatives supported by case studies and testimonials.

Ms. Santiago holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business. She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society. As a skilled facilitator and trainer, she delivers Spirit-led teaching that inspires growth and transformation. She plans to pursue a Doctorate in Human Behavior to further support others on their healing journey.

Christina Nicole

Certified Life Coach

Christina Nicole brings over a decade of experience in the IT industry, along with a strong background in faith-based nonprofit work. She is highly skilled in conflict resolution and coaching, and her passion for God and people led her to become a certified coach. Her expertise in AI and IT allows her to approach coaching with greater efficiency and innovation.

Christina specializes in women’s coaching, Christian coaching, and life coaching, with a focus on three key areas: professional development, personal development, and spiritual growth.

Her mission is to support clients in goal-setting, skill-building, clarity, and discovering their purpose. Christina takes a personable, client-focused approach, guiding individuals through self-reflection and personal growth. She also provides spiritual guidance and healing, helping clients understand their identity in Christ, recognize their strengths, and overcome fear and doubt.

Luz Adams

Lead Clergy & Sr. Lead Mentor

Luz has been with Full Circle Ministries since its founding and is one of our veteran team members. She has been married for 35 years and, alongside her husband, has built multiple businesses and product lines. Together, they are proud parents of three adult children and grandparents to two.

Luz earned her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College. With over 25 years of professional experience, her career spans both the corporate and nonprofit sectors.

Ministry has always been a central part of her life. Ordained in 2009, Luz is deeply passionate about helping others grow, excel, and become empowered to pursue the greatness they were created for.

Luis Rafael III

Marketing & Event Director

Luis Rafael III serves as the Director of Marketing and Events for Full Circle Ministries, where he leads the vision, strategy, and execution behind the ministry’s brand, outreach, and community engagement. With a strong passion for storytelling and connection, Luis is dedicated to creating impactful experiences that bring people closer to God and to one another.

A U.S. Navy veteran and marketing professional, Luis is currently pursuing his degree in Business Marketing. His background blends creativity with strategy, allowing him to effectively manage social media, campaigns, events, and product launches that align with the mission of the ministry.

Luis also brings a creative edge as an illustrator, using visual storytelling to enhance the ministry’s message across digital platforms, merchandise, and publications. His goal is to build a unified brand that inspires healing, growth, and transformation both online and in person.

FCM-T4L Mentors

Meet Our Mentors

At Full Circle Ministries T4L, our mentors are prayerfully selected and appointed by our Board of Directors. Each woman has demonstrated a heart for Christ, a commitment to His Word, and a life that reflects spiritual maturity, integrity, and servant leadership.

We are deeply grateful for these incredible women of faith who love God, fear God, seek God, and strive to love others as Christ loves His Church. They do not mentor from a place of perfection, but from a place of transformation.

Every mentor was once a mentee.

Having experienced God's healing, grace, and restoration firsthand, they now walk alongside other women with compassion, wisdom, and hope. Their lives are living testimonies of God's redeeming power.

As Scripture reminds us:

Our mentors understand that healing is a journey, discipleship is intentional, and no woman should walk alone. They are honored to encourage, equip, and help women grow into the daughters God has called them to be.

Minister Nadine has been in the health career for over 30 years serving others in need is her passion. She has a passion to guide women to purpose. As a minister and a Lead Mentor she is a powerful and anointed vessel of God here to make a difference in the lives of others.

Char is a Lead Mentor and leader in the organization. She obtained a degree Business Administration and applies her learning to help move the ministry forward. She has a passion for her calling in helping women reach their full potential while applying biblical principals to her mentoring style.

Christina a Lead Mentor is also a successful health entrepreneur along with excellent leadership skills. She loves family and working with women. Her passion is to help women grow into their best selves. She has a passion for her calling in helping women reach their full potential.

Annette is one of our Lead Mentors. She has decades of successful management and leadership experience. Her passion for Christ is evident as she and her husband seek Him diligently every day. Her passion and desire to give back is God given, as she is called to help women through their journey.

Jennifer Hernandez

As a graduate of our mentorship, as well as a trainer and Mentor, Jennifer has found her passion for helping, guiding and teaching women and children. She wants to combine her teaching with the love of God and helping women to be a successful mentor and hopefully lead our future youth ministry.

Crystal a mighty woman of God called to lead women is a new Lead mentor using her power and strength to guide other women. She years of leadership experience and loves to content create. Crystal brings love and energy to the ministry. She is a loving mom and devoted wife.

Maria is a new powerful mentor that has been called my God to use her voice. She has decades of educational school board experience. Her passion for Christ is who she is. Her love to see others grow in their healing journey is a blessing to her.

Vanessa Velazquez

Vanessa is one of our Mentor's in Training. She has culinary dreams, and is growing her own garden to feed the homeless. She is a very vessel of God with a huge heart, she will give her last to anyone in need. A woman of faith with a strong sense of community, full of kindness and compassion. Her love for others is divine and she is living her calling of helping other women stand in their strength.

The first graduate of our mentorship as well as our professional development program with our Certified Life Coach, Leslie has found her passion for creative design and is launching her new online business, "Be Blessed". She has now become a FCM-T4L merchandiser.

Latoya Anderson

Latoya Anderson is a woman of faith who loves God, loves people, and believes in the life-changing power of His Word. Through both seasons of joy and seasons of hardship, she has learned that God’s faithfulness remains constant. Her journey has taught her the importance of trusting God, seeking His wisdom, and allowing Scripture to guide every area of life.

As an educator, mentor, wife to be, mother, and servant of Christ, Latoya is passionate about encouraging others to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus. She has a special heart for helping people discover hope, healing, and purpose through the study of God’s Word. Whether teaching, praying, or walking alongside others in their faith journey, her desire is to create a welcoming safe space where people can encounter God’s love and be strengthened in their walk with Him.

Latoya believes that no matter where a person has been or what they have faced, God can use every experience for His glory. Her prayer is that through Bible study and fellowship, others will come to know Christ more intimately, trust Him more fully, and experience the peace, wisdom, and abundant life found in Him.
